Every plan makes static codes that never expire and can hold any link or text up to 4,096 characters. Prices are in US dollars; tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
Billing questions
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can change plan or billing period any time from the billing page in your account. Yearly is cheaper because you pay once instead of twelve times.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If QRPetal is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Just email us. The details are in our refund policy.
What happens to my codes if I cancel?
Your codes never expire. Printed codes keep working after you cancel: editable codes keep forwarding to their last link. You can no longer edit them or see new scan stats until you subscribe again. Only codes blocked for abuse stop working.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing page in your account and cancel in a couple of clicks. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for. No emails, no phone calls.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled by Stripe, so the usual credit and debit cards work, plus other methods Stripe offers in your country. We never see or store your card number.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, and you will see the total before you pay.
What does “fair use” mean on the monthly limits?
Monthly preview limits on paid plans exist only to stop abuse, such as scripts hammering our servers. Normal use, even heavy use, should never reach them. If you do, email us and we will help.
Do you offer discounts for charities or schools?
